Everything you need to know before booking. If we missed something,
reach out.
Phoenix summers are real. For outdoor bookings May–September, we'll
work with you on an indoor or evening alternative — safety and a
good experience come first.
Yes — a 25% deposit holds your date and protects both of us. The
remaining balance is due the day of your event.
About 12' wide by 9' tall by 12' deep for most setups. Corporate
activations may need slightly more — we'll confirm exact dimensions
when you book.
Full setup and breakdown by our team, right- and left-handed clubs,
real and foam balls, and access to a full course library. Nothing
extra to rent separately.
We think you should know what something costs before spending 20
minutes filling out a form. Private event pricing is fixed and
transparent; corporate/large-scale activations get a custom quote
since every venue and guest count is different.
Real courses. Our simulator includes a full course library with
famous tracks like Pebble Beach, St Andrews, and many more. It's not
a driving range — it's a full round of golf, just inside (or
wherever we set up).
Not at all. The simulator is genuinely fun for everyone — from
scratch golfers to people who've never held a club. We'll help get
everyone comfortable, and the game modes keep things entertaining
regardless of skill level. It's one of the most democratic social
activities we know of.
As soon as you have a date in mind. Weekends and corporate event
seasons fill up, especially October–April in Phoenix. That said,
we'll always try to accommodate last-minute requests if we have
availability. A 25% deposit locks in your date.
Phoenix doesn't get much rain, but when it does we have a plan. For
outdoor setups, we require a covered alternative or indoor backup
plan. We'll coordinate with you in advance — your deposit is fully
transferable if weather forces a reschedule.
