Terms of Service

1. Services

Mirage Golf Co. provides mobile golf simulator rental services including delivery, setup, operation, and breakdown of golf simulator equipment at locations specified by the client within the Phoenix metropolitan area. Specific services, duration, and pricing are outlined in the booking agreement at the time of reservation.

2. Booking & Payment

A 25% deposit is required to reserve a date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date at Mirage Golf Co.'s discretion. All prices are as published on our website or as quoted in writing for custom corporate activations.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may transfer the deposit to a future date. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. Weather-related rescheduling for outdoor events (see FAQ) will be handled on a case-by-case basis with no penalty.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing adequate space (approximately 12' wide × 9' tall × 12' deep), access to a standard electrical outlet, and a covered area or indoor location for events during inclement weather or peak summer months (May–September for outdoor bookings). The client must ensure the venue permits the setup and operation of golf simulator equipment.

5. Liability & Insurance

Mirage Golf Co. carries general liability insurance. All clients are required to sign a liability waiver prior to the event start time. Mirage Golf Co. is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment, failure to follow safety instructions, or conditions at the client's venue. The client assumes responsibility for damage to equipment caused by guests beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Travel

Travel is included within 20 miles of central Phoenix. Locations beyond 20 miles are charged at $2 per mile (round trip). Mirage Golf Co. reserves the right to decline bookings at locations beyond a reasonable service radius.

7. Website Use

This website is provided for informational and booking inquiry purposes. While we strive for accuracy in pricing and descriptions, all bookings are subject to final written confirmation. Mirage Golf Co. is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or descriptions.
